Our process is simple.
1) GRINDING
We start by grinding and mixing all the ingredients into a pulp.
2) FERMENTATION
Then we put the mixture into a sealed tub where it begins the fermentation process.
3) DEHYDRATION
Once they’re done fermenting, we mold our crackers into their proper shape and dehydrate them until they’re ready to packed up and shipped out.
